1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SiteReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors.

2. Description of Service

SiteReady retrieves a business's own publicly available Google Maps listing data (name, address, hours, photos, reviews) and automatically generates a free preview website for that business, with no cost or obligation to continue. The Service is intended to help businesses that currently have no website get a working starter web page.

3. Accounts and Registration

Where registration is available, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellation

The One-Time plan is a single, non-recurring payment — there is no subscription and nothing further is billed.

Starter and Pro plans, and the Growth add-on, are subscriptions billed in advance via Stripe on the monthly or annual cycle you choose at checkout. You may cancel at any time by ; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until that period ends.

Monthly billing — non-refundable for the current billing period.
Annual billing — if you cancel part-way through the year, we'll refund the unused months on a pro-rated basis, calculated from the date we receive your cancellation request.

The Full-Service option is quoted and billed separately, directly by Dainty Trading, and is not covered by this section.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harvest or scrape data from the Service in bulk.
Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or cold outreach in violation of applicable law (including the Australian Spam Act 2003 and the UK PECR).
Impersonate any business, person, or entity.
Violate Google's Maps Platform Terms of Service.
Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.

6. Third-Party Data

Business information displayed by the Service is sourced in real-time from the Google Maps Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of that data. Google's own Terms of Service also apply to your use of map data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service software, design, and original content are owned by SiteReady and protected by copyright. Generated pages based on publicly available business data are provided for your own use; you are responsible for ensuring your use of those pages complies with applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteReady and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
